Recognised as a class of persons approved by the Health and Safety Executive in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, the Company also carries out Landlords Annual Gas Safety Inspections within the rented and private property sector and accordingly provides the relevant CORGI Certification to the effect.
