An unsafe situation such as the escape or smell of Gas, is dealt with the utmost priority and we operate a 4 hour response time in given situations (Monday to Saturday 0900 hours to 1730 hours). All our engineers are equipped with up to date instruments and devices enabling accurate detection of gas leaks and making safe the situation with the minimum disruption wherever and whenever possible.
